High Power Low Voltage Intelligent Dual-Channel Servo Motor Driver
The driver can control two servo motors at the same time. It uses a 32-bit high-performance MCU and an advanced motion processing algorithm to realize the internal electronic differential function.The driver uses the Hall signal inside the motor as the rotor position feedback, and cooperates with the external incremental encoder (1000-2500 lines) or a variety of rotor position sensor signals to control the motor movement, realizing speed open-loop, closed-loop mode, position mode, and torque mode.Two independent drive chips, two encoder processing chips, and two Hall signal processing chips.It also has a variety of fault alarm functions.
There are two working modes: independent mode and mixed mode.Independent mode: two motors can be controlled completely independently, and the control signal part is controlled by two input signals.Two servo motors can control the speed and direction of the motors respectively.Mixed mode: two motors can be controlled synchronously (forward, backward, left and right rotation).There are up to 8 control signal methods (wireless remote control, rocker, potentiometer, analog quantity, frequency, pulse width, RS232,CAN bus).
